I’m making one of these two needle socks by Aunt Bev. Yep, you peruse precisely. Perfectly one. I’m using crop Cleckheaton Mousse (the color of the formerly larboard surrender jumper) fable that is wool/acrylic/polyamide/viscose on 3.25mm needles. Ok, only one needle is 3.25mm..the other is a bulk 10.
The ornament again doesn’t decipher too much import. And I’ve changed the numbers.
I evict on 36, using the extended caudal fin of a fish throw on.
Worked a full 1cm of rib.
Warp off 9 stitches at each end, leaving 18 st.
Added the fibre on a purl row. Purled those 18. (must find out how to correctly fix narrative for link items)
Furrow and join retrogressively for, oh, an inch. Maybe 2cms even.
My decreases were either k2tog or P2tog.
Decreased to 10 stitches.
My increases were KFB on the wrinkle rows, and comprehensible Yo’s on the purl rows.
I’m now up to the foot bottom (duh, singular) part and wondering if I could find another ball of this tall tale as it feels opulent. I have take a a handful of of pictures, and will take a some more as I wrap up dispose of this off.
