So I got this coal-black and gray checkered neckerchief/scarf/bandanna/whatever from Hot Topic, and I see people be dressed those all the time in this way where it looks like it's completely messy and scattered but settled around the shoulders in a way

This is a undeniably easy way to do it.

Wrap the scarf once around your neck.
Wrap it over the top of your head.
Wrap the overflow around your neck and tuck it under to make it secure.

There are probably hundreds or square-dealing. But in the seventh heaven persnickety revolves around fandom. Nerd fandom. Specifically: Doctor Who fandom. And more precisely: The Doctor Who Cosplay Community.

Oh, yeah, the blog
