Under armour too tight?

Is it practical for under armour to be too tight that it cuts of circulation? I have a long sleeve cold gear top in a lady's enormousness small and it fits my torso but its so uncomfortably tight on my arms! Is it posible that is too constricting that

It's practical! as I had a similar issue with Under Armour not fitting properly on my arms and shoulders. I can't positive for absolute in your case but it did significantly restrict my arm movement and was awfully uncomfortable. Check out
