Are track pant supposed to be tight, not spandex tight but a perfect fit? Idk if it should be looser?

I bought a course pant from nike, and the waist is a little loose, but it is tight on the legs, not spandex well-disciplined, it just wraps tight around my legs. I dont be versed if it is supposed to be looser? what do you guys think? Should i return

i by like the top to be elastic, so it doesn't fall easily. but, yes, you're directly, it should be close to a perfect fit, but not spandex tight. have you tried actually constant in it yet? try it on at home, and try just running around the house. if
