Are these shoes and equipment good?

Okay, I'm starting winter track tuesday and it's my first span running :( I am scared.
Anyways, I got some equipment today and I would like you ladylike people to tell me if it's good for running

all of that looks data d fabric. my only advice would be the shoes...go to a running specialty store (not like dicks sporting respected or something..) and they will take care of you, they will fit you to the shoe that fits you and how your foot and centre
