How to remove pen stain from down coat?

Ahh! I legitimate got blue pen on my creme down coat! I've done some research and found out that hairspray, lemon power, and rubbing alcohol all work... but will they work well on down? Which one is the pre-eminent for down?

Hairspray does toil great on ballpoint ink - but not so great on gel ink. If it's ballpoint, try the hairspray. It will gum up the down so you will call to rinse it well with cold water and then hang the coat to dry. You could also try a Clorox chlorine
