Where is the best place to shop for women's winter coats?

As you identify, winter is rolling around, and in PA it's already here. Where is the best place to shop for fashionable women's winter coats? No marshmallowy puffer coats, prices preferably below $110.

Making a Statement: New York Fashion Week Storms the Streets
