I have been wearing Sheer Energy pantyhose dimensions Q by Leggs for a number of years now. I saw some really cute tights in a value today and the size was 3/4. Would that size be about equal to scope Q? Also, what is the equivalent of size Q with

With that I would guessed maybe a C or reachable a D? Looking at other charts I'd have guessed
