Is it ok to wear like a camisole or tank top under a strapless dress?

ok so I have this honestly nice dress from JcPenney and it is strapless. I have had problems with acne on my back for years, I have tried the bandage on by itself and covered it up with foundation and concealer but it just looks worse. I don't have enough
