What type of strapless bra would work best for me?

I have an hellishly small ribcage and large boobs. Technically, I am a 28D, however I rub off last 32C because it's hard to find 28D bras.
I own one strapless bra. It is evil and misshapen. I hate it and the regard is mutual. It always slips down

Try a one with a lot of hooks, it stays put, it's ensured, and you don't have to pull it up every 5 minutes.

My suggestion is don't get lacey ones because they gravitate to turn loose. 100% cotton is the way to go.
